William Stubbeman MD
Medical Director

Raya Khairkhah
Administrative Director
Raya is responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA. Raya keeps our practice running smoothly and she ensures each individual patient’s needs are met.
Daisy Morales Ortega
TMS Technician
Daisy earned her Bachelor of Science from UC San Diego in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience, and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. She is passionate about mental healthcare and healthcare accessibility, and aspires to become a Pediatric Neurology PA in the future.
Jordyn Morris
TMS Technician
Jordyn received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College, where she majored in Neuroscience. She has always been passionate about the medical field and patient care, and she plans to work as a Physician Assistant in the future. In her free time, Jordyn enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and spending time with her dog.
Julianne Converse
Lead TMS Technician
Julianne received her Bachelor of Science from UCLA, where she majored in Computational and Systems Biology with a concentration in Neurosystems. She has always been passionate about science and patient care, and she aspires to be a Neurosurgical Physician Assistant. Julianne enjoys backpacking, watching movies with her cat, and doing puzzles with her family.
Jillian Perez
Administrative Assistant
Jillian joined Dr. Stubbeman’s team in 2017 as an administrative assistant. Aside from administrative tasks, her areas of focus and expertise include managing, scheduling, billing and problem-solving. She is a graduate of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in the Philippines, where she majored in Human Resource Management and was also a dean’s lister. Before working with Dr. Stubbeman, Jillian was working in a hospice company which exposed her to the medical and healthcare field. This peaked her passion to work with patients who need help and sincere care. When she’s not busy, you can always find her in cozy cafes or the dog beach looking for inspiration for creative writing. She finished her first book and hopes to have it published one day.
